Jackie Smith, LMBT

Jackie is a licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. She’s excited to be practicing at Mountain Pearl Wellness. Jackie offers massage with techniques drawn primarily from Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. She’s excited to start Somatic Experiencing training this summer. Jackie’s approach is based in the belief that our bodies know what they need to heal. She believes massage can be a powerful way to experience our bodies and to access our bodies’ wisdom. Jackie recognizes that bodywork can feel scary or unsafe based on who we are, and because of this, she does her best to prioritize making appointments for people who have not always felt welcome to seek out bodywork.
